Return Policy for Two Dolls Cakery

At Two Dolls Cakery, we strive to provide you with delicious and visually stunning baked goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below.

1. Order Inspection and Corrections:

  • When picking up or receiving a delivery, check your order to ensure accuracy.
  • If someone else picks up for you, inform them to inspect the order.
  • While we strive for accuracy, occasionally mistakes happen. Review your order on the spot.
  • Once you leave with your order, it's considered correct and complete.

2. Quality Concerns:

  • We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure freshness and quality.
  • If you notice an issue with the baking after serving, don't discard it.
  • Return the item to us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we'll assess the problem.
  • We'll replace it, refund your card, or provide a gift card, working with you for a satisfactory solution.

3. Payments :

  • All orders must be prepaid before customization or holding.
  • Wedding/big reception cakes require full payment a month before the event.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation:

  • Postponed events (before cake preparation): Date can be rescheduled.
  • Canceled events (before cake preparation): Two Dolls Cakery gift card will be provided.
  • If cake preparation has started, no gift card or refund. 
  • Requests for cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled order pick-up date.
  • Order changes and cancellations can be done via emailing to sales@twodollscakery.com or calling us at (614) 812-7144.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Two Dolls Cakery gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.

6. Shipping:

  • Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, it will only include the cost of the product.
